We provide teacher development that includes; planning, modeling, and real-time coaching.
The teacher and advisor go through cycles of application and feedback until mastery of a goal is achieved.

When teachers meet their goals we celebrate accomplishments.
After meeting a goal, we determine the next highest impact area to develop and set new goals.
